Well-established for the last fifteen years in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Oysi Oysi's long lasting dining tradition speaks to the culinary expertise of head chef Stanley Pak. He opened Oysi Oysi with over twenty years of experience and his training in Japan is evident in his style and creativity of food. Pak continues to spread his love for the art as an instructor in the VCC Asian Culinary Program as well as offering private classes at his restaurant.

 

While the focus is on Japanese cuisine, the menu reflects an influence from other asian cultures and styles. Pak is a firm believer that your heart is reflected in your skill and your passion in your ability.
